Delete your account

You can delete your Whallet account and all your data at any time. Deletion is permanent: it removes your accounts, transactions, budgets, investments and settings.

From the app

  1. 1.Sign in at wallet.whilehaus.net (or in the app).
  2. 2.Open Settings and go to the Profile tab.
  3. 3.Under "Danger zone", tap "Delete my account" and confirm with your email.

Without signing in

If you cannot access your account, email us at hola@whilehaus.net from the address you registered with requesting deletion, and we will process it for you.

Your data is removed from production systems within 30 days; encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 more days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
